Anissa Cantrell
Anissa’s passion for both community and coffee began during her years in nursing school, where she found joy in connecting with people while pursuing her degree. While working at a local coffee company, Anissa learned the ins and outs of the coffee world, mastering the craft and sharing her knowledge with her husband, Corey. Together with Jacob (Corey’s Brother), they launched Campfire Coffee in 2020, a mobile coffee trailer that quickly became a beloved staple in the Colorado Springs area.
Graduating with a BSN in May 2021 and welcoming her first child with Corey in December of 2022. Despite her busy life as a mother and an RN, she continues to lead the daily operations of Campfire Coffee, bringing her creativity and expertise to the business by developing exciting new recipes and ensuring a top-notch experience for every customer. Anissa is the backbone of the company, providing the leadership, vision, and unwavering dedication that have been integral to its success. Her strength, passion, and commitment to both her family and her community make her the driving force behind Campfire Coffee’s continued growth and success.

Corey Cantrell
Is an Army veteran who served right here in Colorado Springs on Fort Carson. He is an Infantry man who served in the 4th I.D. 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team unit 1-38. He exited the Army with an Honorable Discharge in April 2017. Corey Cantrell is an entrepreneur with a deep passion for business and community. In 2020, he launched a coffee trailer, combining his love for coffee with his drive to create something unique. While Corey’s entrepreneurial journey continues to thrive, he now serves as a state trooper, focusing more on the back-end operations and growth of the coffee business. Though his law enforcement career takes much of his time, Corey still enjoys making occasional appearances at the trailer, staying connected with customers and the team. His commitment to both his work as a trooper and his coffee business reflects his dedication to service, quality, and constant growth.

Jacob Franklin
Brother to Corey. Jacob Airforce veteran, was stationed at F.E Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne, WY. Jacob obtained an Honorable Discharge on April of 2023. For the last 4 years, Campfire Coffee has operated as a mobile coffee trailer attending events, businesses, schools, and farmers markets all over not just Colorado Springs but El Paso County. Since then, Jacob has focused on growing the business and expanding its reach. With a deep passion for the craft, he now plans to take the next step by roasting unique coffee blends for campfire coffee and furthering his commitment to providing an exceptional coffee experience while continuing to build a thriving family business.
